For years, I left it to my employees to do SEO and thought it was fine. It's a nebulous thing for me, and I've been keenly aware of how many people are out there trying to "optimize" and charge tons of money for it. Then, I actually checked our keywords, and we weren't in the top 40 on anything - even though we've been in business for 12 years. Unacceptable!Andy and Taylor came in and changed that rapidly.
