Alan is fantastic and helped us get the home we really wanted. We had decided to move to the North Carolina mountains from the New York City area and reached out to Alan after studying the online reviews of realtors in the area. He patiently worked with us for many months and was understanding when we cancelled a contract to purchase in Sapphire but suggested we revisit a home we liked in Connestee Falls. We did and are now living here. Alan is not only delightful company but is impressively knowledgeable about the various markets and the communities themselves, home construction issues and the closing and moving process.
