Feedback:

Our experience with the Carolina Cone Team was simply the best. We first worked with them in 2013 where Alan guided us through the search for a mountain home. His experience within the Sapphire/Cashiers/Highlands area was remarkable not only to select homes for our search, but also advice in terms of trustworthy contractors as well and businesses to help in maintaining our house. Our primary residence is in Atlanta, GA, so Alan played a major role in the process of purchase and inspections for the house. Alan always had our best interest in mind and kept us up to date on the whole process; which went very well from the first offer to the closing on our house. When it became time to list our house in 2018, we decided to enlist the Carolina Cone Team again to guide us through the process. All I can say is Alan exceeded the standard. His advice was excellent, the house's listing was very professional in terms of pictures, information and publication finding its way in print and internet. We received and offer well before we expected and Alan again provided excellent guidance to help us secure a great deal as well as again do all the work for a successful closing while we were in Atlanta. All I can say is A+++ for a job well done.
