If u r seriously look for a long term web service provider, this is definately NOT one to be recommended, very unprofessional, i wasted about 4k, sign up the service for 2 website, one is e-commerce, another is info website on 13th Feb, today is 13th Jun, I need to look for a new service provider 😣😣. Info website hv not started so request to refund 50% deposit, NO REFUND because of their T&C, but "automatically" switch the deposit to pay partial of the another job, ecommerce's balance, which this ecommerce also cannot be use, the reason is because it is not custom made (need rm20k according to the boss), but template base, the amount paid by me is template base, BUT the problem is i don care it is wht base, i only wan a functional e store, if cannot fulfil my request, why did not inform before accepting the job, can jus told me that my request need custom made and how much, else i can look for other service provider. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡31 July 2018, after reading your reply,I thought this case is over with your apologize during the meet up on 2nd July 2018 as mentioned by you with a refund of one of the project (info website which has not started yet) BUT the 50% deposit of the e-commerce is nonrefundable. However, now I see you totally have no sincerity on your apologize and from your explanation, the wrong side is still us... 9th March accepted the job, and sadly we have to meet up settle it on July, how many months are there?? If there is a technical problem, or your package limitation or anything, isn't your company job to advise? and provide a solution to us? Else how do we know? Instead of like what you mentioned, "your package or signed agreement is like this and like that" after 3-4 months time interacting with your staff then you are telling us this kind of thing. All I can say is I engage a wrong unprofessional company, if this is the case, your company should not have accept the job OR should have advise us to go for 'coded website' or what, instead of wasting months on doing what??? Lastly, I only need to ask one thing, IF your e-commerce is claimable to be functioning to use, WHY DO WE NEED TO ENGAGE ANOTHER WEB COMPANY - Webdoo TO REDO THE PROJECT WHERE HAVE TO SPEND EXTRA MORE WORST SPEND MORE TIME?? Also, it takes how many days to get a feedback from your company? If James did not contact you to meet up, do you think there is any feedback? We request refund of the info website which has not started, yet that is also not refundable, and need to be use to settle the e-commerce website balance (which we claim it cannot be use), then after few times of request without feedback, then do you think your company deserve for bad review? Yet u still claim those review is untrue...
