I have been working with this company for several months. There have been positive memories and some negative ones. Recently they wanted me to sign a new Term and Conditions document that included a price increase as well as giving up my rights to any legal disputes with Krends. I immediately refused and asked for a refund. They suspended my account and advised that it will remain that way until I sign the T&Cs. I again refused and they said they would honor the current price but I would eventually have to pay the increased cost like everyone else. I still declined and requested a refund. They declined to provide one and stated that they would continue my services. They have not done anything with my account since the dispute and now have not responded to my last request for a refund. They also refuse to provide me with the previous service that they have agreed to. In addition they have offered me a free month of service if I say something nice about Krends on yelp and other social media platforms.I guess if I said something nice they would have not taken a measly $64 dollars from me. They must need the cash. There are plenty of similar services I suggest you try because they do not believe in making the customer happy.
