Feedback:

Initially, their service was great. After a few months, their communication became poor and I had to chase them for monthly reports and updates. When I told my SEO manager at Kymodo problems I was having, they were ignored. After 5 months of poor communication and less than stellar results in ranking increase I moved on. I rang them after zero communication from Kymodo for 6 weeks and was informed that my SEO manager was on holidays and you did not know who was handling my account. Poor form.I am sure that my experience is isolated to an individual, but they are representative of the company hence the two stars.
