Absolutely apathetic and unprofessional! During a conversation with Walter, he told me he would immediately send an email with the information he would need to work out a plan. That was a Friday. The following week, he still hadn’t sent the information, so I contacted the office to follow up and ensure he had the correct email address. By the end of the week, he still hadn’t bothered. How can you be a decent attorney if you can’t even follow through with your word?! If you can’t be trusted with a simple task, like sending an email when you say you will, you are ABSOLUTELY not to be trusted with a larger task like legal representation. And please, don’t bother responding to this review with your pathetic, perfunctory apologies and excuses.
