Feedback:

This review would be 1 star had my only experience been this project but to be fair to Lucy her audit skills are okay, she managed to put together an audit and suggest some ways to improve our ranking.Having been happy with this audit we decided to implement the changes with Lucy, who said she would be able to rebuild our site and put in place 301 redirects. Lucy went on holiday for a week during the scheduled build time. Of course everyone needs a holiday, but it would be good to inform customers when these are so they can plan marketing activity around these times. The site looked a mess when I checked up on the progress after Lucy's. As a designer I understand sites can look worse before getting better - but when I raised the issue with Lucy her attitude was let's say unhelpful and rude telling me she did not want to continue the work, leaving us with a site which did not work and was in a worse state than when she had started.I have also been disappointed with Lucy's behaviour since posting this review.
