Feedback:

I really didn't want to do this because LMS's management are nice enough people, however I wouldn't want anybody to go through what i went through. Initially i had a good experience with LMS. It appeared everything they were going to do for me was really going to grow my business substantially. However as time went on, our dealings with LMS went a bit sour. Unfortunately we made what I deemed a large investment with the company with minimal return investment. We were receiving some phone calls, but most of the time they weren't related to our scope of business. When I expressed concerns over the velocity of our sales leads, it was blamed of changes within google with no real contingency plan to make it better. The organization also managed my website. When I suggested changes to the website it would take weeks even months to make any of the changes we suggested. When I continued to express my concern it was suggested by Jeff, my representative to end our business dealings. Something eventually i took his advice on. LMS obviously does some good work, as their reviews suggest, however based on the monies with invested with them and our return on investment, I wouldn't suggest them for anybody within the service or contracting industry.
