Feedback:

My company paid Mark Ryan Creative to help our business grow web traffic. Mark Ryan's product/service had a registration error on his end, and we requested a simple solution: fix the problem or refund our money. Over the next 10 months, we made MULTIPLE support tickets, emails, and phone calls. Still no replies or answer. It has been almost a year since we spent money with MarkRyanCreative and today he closed out our last support ticket request (submitted 3 months ago). Still no fix. Still no refund. Still no communication. We are so thankful we did not pay him MORE money. I feel sorry for anyone else he ripped off with his fly-by-night marketing company.
