Feedback:

Have been using Method Tech for over 1.5 years for my small business for networking, computer repair and IT. No job is too small or too large for them. Their response rate when an issue arises is really fast and all their techs (and I"ve gotten to know all of them by now) are top notch. They are all really knowledgeable and get the problem fixed very quickly. In the past year I've had 3 large projects with them including moving our location which includes installing an new internet phone system, getting a new server and most recently they got us back up and running after a ransomware attack. (Method kept urging me to change our insecure passwords which is how the breach happened, but thanks to them implementing a reliable and quick backup system we were up and running right away...and those passwords finally got changed). The above three projects seems really overwhelming to me and Method really helped take care of everything and put me at ease at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
