UNPROFESSIONAL! BEWARE! It took almost a month to get the measurements of our signs sent to our manufacture and when the sign arrived at the shop, no one notified us that it had arrived. When I asked the manufacture the hold up on the delivery they stated that the sign had been sent over 6 weeks weeks prior. No one at the shop was aware that it was there. I then could not get get a hold of Jason the owner for 3 months to get an install date or was told he would call me back when his schedule would clear up. When he was ready to install, he stated a different price from what he had initially quoted. TWICE AS HIGH! After months of going back and forth, we decided to go with another installer. When I went to pick up the sign, it was outside on the gravel bent over a wood frame. The cardboard container was cracked and the face plates exposed. When our employees went to pick it up with a trailer the following week, he refused to turn over the sign without being compensated for RENT! He threatened us with a pipe, used profanity and used RACIAL slurs! Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional.
