Feedback:

My suggestion... do NOT hire Ron Mullin! My 86 year old father hired Ron to ammend the family Trust. The previous trust was outdated and only listed "$25" as the assets (it did not list any other assets). Ron updated and ammended the Trust and listed the largest asset of the Trust - the family home (worth over half a million dollars) as an asset of the trust, BUT FAILED to actually file the updated documents with the County, so as to legally put the home into the name of the trust. Thus, we could not sell the home or do anything with it! We only discovered this huge mistake after my father's passing. I called Ron and asked for his help, I was told he would fix this mistake at a rate of $425/hour. Can you believe this? I had to hire a competent attorney to file a Heggstad petition to fix Ron's mistake, this was a huge and very expensive ordeal. Since Ron has refused to pay to fix his mistake, I now have to report Ron to the State Bar Association and sue Ron for the thousands of dollars this has cost my family. If Ron has done any legal work for you, I suggest you have a competent attorney check it. In my experience, if you are looking to hire a competent attorney, keep looking as he does not stand behind his work, blames others, and is not helpful, etc.My father and I were volunteer Boy Scout leaders, that is how we met Ron. By these actions he does not live up to the standards of Scouting or any ethical standards. Remember the Scout Law - Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient...
