When I took my old computer in for servicing and found out it was practically dead I knew it was time for a custom gaming computer. Oz from Nanatech was with me every step of the way, building a high quality machine that was within my budget and needs. Not once did he try and push the latest parts onto me. He listened to what I wanted and suggested what I could need and helped me build my dream machine around my preferences. This is a store that is by gamer's, for gamer's. 5/5 rating I give it overall. thank you Oz at Nanatech for making my gaming experience something I have only ever dreamed about. I have been a Loyal customer for YEARS now and Oz and Nanatech is the ONLY place I trust with any and all my electronic needs

I had to take my laptop and my mum’s computer in and Oz and his team were AMAZING!! They fixed both computers fast and efficiently. They explained everything that they did to me in a way that someone like me who is completely computer illiterate could understand and I was advised of the cost of everything before work started so there were no surprises. I had a minor problem with my laptop when I brought it home, Oz asked me to bring it right back in, I did and we laughed because it was something very silly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs computer work done. Oz even helped me out with some pictures... will be going back soon for some more. If you need anything tech GO TO NANATEC!!!

Worked for this guy. Couldn't provide me an ROE. Shorted my pay or didn't pay me on time exploits youth labour. Never gave me a tax receipt for my work provided (edit I did. Sti no ROE). Takes your hard earned money to pay his immediate debts while you wait up to 3 months for your expensive product. Has no licences to practice security or low voltage class 1 and 2 circuits. Blames people like me (years of school, FSR License, red seal. Respected electrician) for being lazy and demanding too much. He is a loser plain and simple! Stay awayyy!!
