Feedback:

Phoned me from an undisclosed number to make an appointment for an engineer to visit, which required me to make arrangements to work from home. They then sent an email saying there might be a charge in the event of me not keeping the appointment. Ten minutes later they contacted me again to change the agreed time. On the day, they never turned up. I emailed them to find out if they were still coming and received no reply. The next day I emailed again. It is now five days cine the appointment and they still haven't had the courtesy to contact me, let alone apologise. I shall send them my own invoice for a broken appointment charge.
