Overall Feedback:

I have been working with Kris to design and build an online Forum for Nelson’s Journey over the past year and a half. Because the charity supports vulnerable bereaved children and young people, it was so important to make it safe and secure, and Kris has been very helpful in creating a moderation system that uses the minimum amount of admin time. The welcoming and fresh design has been popular with young people, and it’s great to see how they are getting benefit from using it. Overall we are delighted with the forum that will be a long term service for the children we support and the service from Neo Optic has been excellent, as it was with our other IT database project Neo Optic did for us. Kris has been very helpful and quick to respond to any queries, and very generous in Neo Optic’s support of Nelson’s Journey.
