As the programming director in a start-up tech company, it is vital that we pick and choose the right service companies that will augment our weaknesses and help us build a reliable relationship up front with our clients. From time to time in any tech industry there are some bumps and the goal is to be able to come out the other side without the bruises.In the early part of our partnership with NeverBounce we had a few bumps. More from our side then theirs. Rachel, their Support Tech, was very responsive and professional in helping me thru our problems. When a minor issue arose on their end, her very pleasant demeanor and attitude along with past interactions and the competence of their tech team made me feel more then confident that we would emerge out the other end with no bruises and better yet I feel we were able to turn that partnership with NeverBounce into a realationship.Truly a company that hold the value of their client as #1!ThanksScotty AKA FutureShock
