Overall Feedback:

The product was acceptable - not great, but it got us through our building inspection. The regular threats of lawsuits for non-payment, however, have been pretty annoying. Apparently they are not set up for whatcha call pre-payments. They cashed our check THREE MONTHS ago - luckily my wife is a recovering officer-of-the-court, so to speak. Sure hope they follow through on their threats.
