Chuck and his media agency team are amazing, attentive, and truly care about how to help your brand reach their diverse media planning and buying goals. Being from Chicago and working on the West Coast, I knew if I hired a team from Chicago, they would go the extra mile and work harder than anyone else to deliver on strategy. TEC Direct did just that for our brand for the last 3 years and counting. They are ahead of the curve on the ever changing landscape and they take the time to educate their clients on what is new and how each specific tactic contributes to the total strategy. They helped us at SLS with direct response, digital planning and buying, programmatic TV buying, Out of Home, and constantly provided us new options to test if we were willing to help us reach our goals. I knew they had our back, I could trust them to manage us when needed, and get the job done no matter how big or small the budgets. If you want a crew to seamlessly dovetail into your organization, then TEC Direct should be on RFP list.
