Feedback:

I was very upset with them, I had driven there multiple times in the past two weeks and they were closed because their hours never matched up from online. I am a full time student and then work about 30 hours a week, and I was free this week to finally go when I knew for sure they would be open. After driving 45 minutes in traffic and trying to find parking, they turn me away or I could wait and have to pay triple the amount of what it would normally cost to get a monogram done, because of the holidays their cut off was Monday but that is not stated anywhere so how was I to know. I only had two bags and would have waited any amount of time for them, they didn't even try to help me out. I have two little sisters that will not be getting a present from me on Christmas day.
