Sergio has gone above and beyond when I hired him for signage for a very important conference. He took his time to help layout the artwork for us and made sure to deliver our prints on time. Even though The World of Signs is located a bit further than our office, I wouldn't go to any other vendor again.

What at horrible service. Really rude owner. U can at noon since the website said that they closed at 2 pm, coming with 2 commercial cars to give a quote, her first response to her employ was what time is it with an attitude. I totally will take my business where they appreciate clients. First impression is what counts. Not good.

Personally, I think every business should have great customer service skills. Unfortunately, this business definitely lacks this specific skill. The owner is very ill-mannered & lacking customer service skills. If you have a sign & want to get treated bad? Come here!!!!!
