(Quick story: Recently a person contacted us after saying they were injured on a Saturday "while no one was around" on one of our projects and that we needed to pay for their doctor bills and injury. Luckily we have proper signage that says "Hard Hat Area & Authorized Personnel Only, Must Check in at Job Site Office Trailer". That single sign saved us from a big lawsuit from someone just out for money. Make sure you have clear & proper signage! )
