The service was prompt, but when I turned in my 8mm home movies, I told them that some of my movies had sound, and a note was made on my order that some movies had sound. When I picked up the converted videos there was no sound. I was then told that they did not have the capability to convert 8mm movies with sound. If I had know this I would not have proceeded with the conversion request. If you have 8mm movies with sound, you will need to take them to another service. I paid for the service but left disappointed that what I received is less than satisfactory. GNE
