Never have I encountered a more incompetent company in my life. Stay well away from them at all costs.At a previous company I worked for we employed 23 Digital when they used to be named Dream, to help design an e-commerce solution.Had nothing but bad dealings with them at every turn. Deadlines were never met, quotes were continually over-charged and they would constantly go against agreed testing practices to the point of crashing our online shopping cart for over 18 hours, costing the company thousands of dollars.I'd rate them 0 starts if I were able to.
