Kent (Owner) does not understand how to treat customers. Poor communication, poor listening skills, and higher prices than local competitors. Kent is a right fighter and does not take accountability. There are good shops out there, such as M & G Signs in Nixa, that will take care of you. People want to deal with companies that are easy to do business with, give prompt service, and fair value for your dollar. I tried to get signs from 24 Hour Signs, and Kent failed, so got my money back.
