Client Review on 27th Letter Media

I engaged 27th Letter Media for website development of my new business. I initiated all communication and started getting worried when I didn't get responses to emails over weeks at a time. The owner Audrey finally responded that a sample splashpage based on ideas I had submitted would be ready for review the following week. I never heard from her again. That was 2 months after we initially met. I texted, left multiple voice messages for her and for her staff, and emailed repeatedly. She went completely missing and no one never responded. That was about 2 months ago. It was a very unprofessional and confusing way to handle a client. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
