Had a call from Quinton in regard with a maintenance plan. At first he seemed nervous and kept repeating himself. I got the quote quite quickly and cannot fault him on that. Today got the follow up call and I had some questions which were answered but not satisfactory as I still actually don't know what this service entails. I said I need to speak to my husband before accepting, he asked if he could phone me back over the weekend and my reply was no as I have a newborn in the house, so he asked if he could phone next week, I requested his phone number and I would phone him. He had a very rude attitude and reply that he is very busy on the phone and then would have to leave his call to take the call from me which seemed to be a problem. When I asked him if he wanted my business he answered very rudely goodbye.
