I sought out 34 Degrees North as a gym because they specialize in kettlebell training, functional movement, and offered small group classes. Every aspect of 34 Degrees North has exceeded my expectations in the best way. In just one month, not only has my functional movement improved, but I'm also building muscle and dropping fat like it's my job. Each trainer at 34 North is exceptional. I love working with all of them. The programs and progressions that they put together are challenging, but achievable. Each time I enter the gym, I'm excited to see what I'm capable of doing. One thing that I think sets 34 North apart from other small group gyms is that they're FOCUSED. Focused on moving correctly. Focused on what you're actually capable of. Focused on improving each week. Focused on creating a community of people who are excited to get to work. Focused on creating a sustainable life practice of workouts and movement. In addition to great trainers and workouts, 34 North is on top of it when it comes to administrative items and facilities. I started off at 3x a week, but quickly realized that I loved this place and wanted more. A quick email was all it took to upgrade to an unlimited package. I was set to register for as many classes as I wanted within an hour of sending the email to upgrade. Their facilities are clean. It doesn't feel grimy or smell like a gym. They care for the top of the line equipment and take great care to ensure that the floors are clean, the bathrooms are clean (and well-stocked), and that the space is calm and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this place. Oh, and there's ample on-site parking to boot!
