Have to agree with the other posts. Employees inside at the counter are friendly and efficient. The letter carriers are the worst. If it’s raining or the weather is bad, they just won’t deliver your mail - although they will log in any express mail as delivered! I have frequently gotten notices that an express package was delivered to my home when my security cameras prove they didn’t even come to my house that day. Absolute the worst carriers/fraudulent.

They don’t answer the phone. I kept getting an answering machine that said their business hours (it was open when I called, I called at 2:30 on a Friday) and then the machine just hung up.

I have had hood experience with most of the Post Office I have visited but the service in this particular office is EXCEPCIONAL. Ken is the best, knowledgeable, attentive, and very kind, he deserves a promotion.

The inside staff, they are very nice and helpful, which is appreciated very much. However, our mail carrier on the other hand isn't. He leaves the mailbox open showing stuff inside, as well as shoves packages in like this. Im sure he wouldn't appreciate his stuff being treated like this. I've also scheduled online pickup, he failed to do so a fw times, so I stopped requesting, one incident after I had taken package to post office myself(after he failed to pick up) he came to retrieve package, wasn't there on porch so he threw my mail on my front door mat. I'm saying if you don't like your job, please don't take it out on others.

The front staff is excellent, but the carriers and whoever sorts the mail is pretty incompetent. They don't check the forwarding addresses, they make excuses for their mistakes. One of the carriers gave me his number just in case I had any other issues. It wasn't in service... And when I want to call, it sends me to the customer service of USPS and not the actual branch, so I don't really get the help that I need. Nothing gets done unless you go in person.

They open on Saturday until 2:30pm. It is convenient. The staff, Ken and Jasmine, are very kind and nice. It is pleasant to visit.

This post office is usually busy so be prepared to wait a little. The employees are focused and try to keep people moving (in my opinion). The self help machine is usually working which, based in visiting other offices, is unusual.
