I hired 417 marketing for my SEO optimization and adwords campaigns per the recommendation of one of their satisfied clients. Initially, I was pleased with their work, even though their fees were higher than some of the other local providers I interviewed. Unfortunately, we were never able to achieve the rankings I desired. I expressed this concern several times over the two years we utilized their services, but our rankings for my most important keyword didn't improve. I am giving them a two star review because we never achieved the results I hired them for. Moreover, once I terminated our relationship, Nick became very difficult to work with and tried to charge me for things that I had already paid for previously, but weren't done as I had asked. After spending over twenty five thousand dollars with their company, I expected some professional follow up to resolve a couple of outstanding issues. I didn't get it, which admittedly was very frustrating. It seemed to me that Nick didn't really care, it was more about the money.I think I should add that I have reviewed all the e-mails sent to Nick and only the very last one had an expletive, which was singular and well said. There were no "expletive filled e-mails" and none were ever sent to his staff, as he states in the response...

I love working with Nick and his team! They are easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to, which is important for someone who isn't too tech-savvy... like me. They do what they say they will do, they know their stuff, and they take the time to help their clients understand how it all works. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
