Really terrible service. I ordered hats, they were out of stock.I replied to the email I received and then everything came to a screeching halt. By the time I was able to follow up my event had passed, but I still wanted the hats. While they were nice enough to give me credit, I felt as if they were blaming me for their problems. In fact, the sales associate claimed she had emailed me. I never received them, so I asked her to forward them to me (At the same email I always used). Never received them. No follow up again. I am very, very disappointed in their service and will never use them again.
