Employees are expected to work unreasonable amounts of overtime to make up for the insane understaffing. When views of being overworked are expressed, employees go unheard and are treated as disposable. No amount of hard work will be enough for this owner, and will be fully unappreciated. Insurance is too expensive. PTO is accrued so you cant take a real vacation until the end of the year, which everyone does at once leaving a handful of folks behind to handle the even further understaffed pandemonium. Salary positions are docked pay if you miss even an hour. The rest of the staff here are absolutely amazing, but management is slowly driving them out one by one. The owner is obsessed with culture but is the one single handedly poisoning it. I hope he takes some courses and learns to appropriately and respectfully speak to his staff. DO NOT WORK HERE.
