Feedback:

I had a communication issue with one person. Perhaps the others are OK. In my case, my original question was never answered. Perhaps they assumed I wanted something else because another solution was recommended and priced that did not answer my particular needs. I am not sure. In the end, I decided to go with another company that listened to my needs, provided options for solutions, and explained how each one benefit me. Again, this may be a one time instance, but I was left feeling not heard and not served.
