wanted to re-order and a computer voice asks 15 minutes re order or have an order and u enter order number 10 times and loops you back. disgusting customer service.

I placed an order and company kept sending picture blurry. They asked for 300dpi, so I sent it and picture still came out blurry. I requested a refund over a week ago and was told it would hit my account in 3-5 biz days. I called yesterday 4-2 and was told they were having trouble refunding the payment of $421! I was told to call back Friday 4-6! I run a biz and it is not hard to refund a payment. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I had placed an order for a large order of brochures. After approving the proofs using my template, I eventually received the order with printing placed on wrong sides of the brochure. Several emails later no response. The customer service team didn't pick up 1 phone call. I finally caught the live chat team where they responded but didn't offer a reorder or discount for a reorder. $250 down the drain but so much more disappointed that thwy just ignored my messages. Terrible customer service. You get what you pay for. Better off going to vistaprint and paying a higher premium or anywhere else for that matter.
