Unlike other web designers who balk, resist, complain and even obstruct new designs or suggestions for improvements, Mr. Horton and his team have shown nothing but enthusiasm and energy when implementing new ideas and advancing the looks and functionality of our website.Mr. Horton has been designing websites since the early '90s. It's just too bad it took Christian Action Network a quarter of a century to find him.
