Feedback:

I went after leaving work at 4:30 to pick up tickets that I won on 99.1 radio station. It was a few minutes after five when I arrived. The girl at the desk was very nice as she let me in and when I explained it was the fastest I could get there she rebooted the computer and got me my tickets! It was very nice of her and she went out of her way to help me!
