These guys are good at sales, promises and more promises. Prepare to do all the work yourself for no results. List after list of things they need will fill your time and your staff's time while failing to move the needle on essential tasks. After months of interviewing other web developers, it was evident that there are a lot of options out there with a much better process, as well as service. I can only hope this company takes better care of their clients and actually provides them with the services they are paying for.
