Underwhelming customer service. The previous owner Cecil was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, the new owner, his son, has replaced him and their service is at best below average. In all fairness their prices are cheap, but beware as you get what you pay for and they may occasionally hit you with an unwarranted charge as they did with me (ie. unwarranted design fees, unauthorized orders with no initial official quotes) despite providing them with the design work. What I have found in my several years working with this company is that their commitment to customer satisfaction has gotten progressively worse and they will generally not work with you should there be any problems. Their customer service did not use to be this bad, I can't repeat that point enough.Have used them for several projects and while some of the projects were fine, it's the projects and items purchased from them that had a problem which left me scratching my head wondering how I worked with them for so long. Lack of options in the area was my initial response, but that doesn't seem to be a problem anymore. Please note: Mr. Cecil is on site occasionally and will help you through some of the problems or below average results, but beware of the bad news owner, who pretty much has a "customer no" service attitude all the time should there be any complaints or problems. Be warned though, if there is a problem and you ask to speak with Mr. Cecil the owner may interject and power handle you as he did with me and pull out the "I'm the owner!" attitude and refuse to allow you to speak with Cecil, the previous owner who would probably try much harder to work things out as he did in the past for me. I'm sorry, but y'all have lost our business (customer for several years) especially since the owner disrespectfully talked down to me and refused to be accountable for their mistakes (which they made several). This is further evidenced by the way [he] dealt with other customer complaints that I witnessed first hand while on site at their store. Instead of apologizing or owning up to mistakes he will respond with a "It looks fine to me" or a "We just did what you told us" type of smug response even when [they] are clearly in the wrong or a mistake was made. Very rude sir you are. I will be taking my business elsewhere as you recommended. Good day.
