Had a minor plumbing emergency on the Street Fair day in the Village. (It's difficult to get around due to the amount of traffic and people.) Mark Partee sent out someone in 30 minutes. They arrived early, diagnosed the propblem in 60 seconds and made the fix quickly. AC Service has always been fair, given me options and made repairs quickly. Thanks!

My furnace broke on Saturday and called them to come and fix it. on the phone they told me the first hour would be $130 and each hour after will be $40. one guy came and spend about an hour and told me they did not have the part and would get it another day when the warehouse opens. on another day another guy came and spend about 3 hours putting the part in (exhaust fan). then the bill came and they charged me ~$600 for the labor. I went to talk to them and they told me they spend 6+hours on the job including the time they spend driving to the warehouse to get the part and their rate was $40 for each half hour after the first hour. What I feel I should pay was $130+$40*3.5=$270 and what they think I should pay was $130*1.5+$40*10=$595. I paid the bill because I did not record the phone call so I did not have proof. However, What I can do is not to use them in the future and warn others about their expensive service.

If you like a company to come out to your home to give you a quote, then not return your calls or reach out to you for 3 weeks, and lastly once you get ahold of them have them tell you they are too busy and wasted your time, this is the company for you!
