Dishonest about his prices, and he has you because you have to pay before viewing the final product, He refused to give me my Films and VHS tapes back, due to the fact the quote was 766.00 and when he called to tell me he finished the DVD's it was almost $1000.00 I filed a complaint with BBB and will have to take him to court now! BEWARE! Joe Hynek is a complete SHYSTER....Wow Joe,slandering my name...Sounds like allegations of medications are out of your league and unprofessional! Like I said Beware!!!! Go to Gordon's in Smithridge Shopping Mall, Honest and prices are comparibly different, I give Gordon's 10 stars for honesty, awesome customer service and prices well below AJ's unrealisticly over priced garbage quality!

I had a very bad experience with aj's services. he does not back his work and refused to correct his mistake when the final product did not come out the way we agreed it would. also he over charges for his services compared to other competing businesses. he hung up on me on the phone when I asked if he could fix this problem. he has no clue of what it takes to give good customer service
