Client Review on A Kleins Auction Gallery LLC

Feedback:

I had condition and shipping questions about a diamond ring that went un-answered for over 10 days via email. I was told that they had left voicemails when there wasn't even a missed call from A Kleins Auction Gallery. When I called in to make a payment (after no response from them via email), I was called a "non-paying bidder" and was rudely hung-up on after they told me the item was going into their next auction. I just kept getting told that this was "over with". I was also reported as a non-paying bidder to the platform, which is inappropriate being that I was calling in to make a payment. I won another lot within the same auction, and then somehow I didn't due to my bid being cancelled and having that item sold in-house after my bid had registered. Not sure if it was an off day, but very unprofessional to deal with. If you're online, think twice before placing a bid.
