Client Review on A Love Story - Wedding Videography

So it's been 8 months since my wedding...no video. I don't want to write a bad review because I can't judge the quality of the video, but it's really unprofessional how long they have been taking. UPDATE: We received our videos (finally), except that they gave us video from THE WRONG WEDDING. The picture on the cover is us, but the whole video is of some random couple. I literally can't believe how disorganized this company is. Maybe it's time to hire more people??? When we finally recieved our video, It was BEAUTIFUL. It was very artistic and very well done. I am thoroughly impressed with the video quality overall, it’s just the process of getting it that was a nightmare. Overall, I am pretty pleased with the video itself.
