Very disappointed in the fact that the representative there had verbally promised he would complete it the same day after giving him the design I made, Now I asked him for an invoice or anything in paper and broke my own business rule by allowing him to verbally assure me when he said he'll be there withing 2 hours (11am). After doing so they never called me and I called 30 minutes before 5 (closing time). After informing me that they would be here today between 10-11, I've waited and I am now here informing you that this is probably not the most professional business to deal with and never go without proof in paper (not that it affects this, but it would help for future references). Bottom line is, if time and a proper task is crucial to your business, AP Sign is not the best option for you.Update: Apparently my type of order or service (Adhesive Vinyl - set of hours) didn't consist of having it placed on my glass business door. This is the first time I've dealt with an establishment of this kind and had not intent to "install" the vinyl although that just goes back to why having it on paper means everything and bad business ethics to blame.
