I guess the only good thing I can say is I'm glad I didn't ask them to do anything that was time sensitive or irreplaceable like wedding stuff. It seems that they will tell you they will have proofs for review in a couple of days and then after a week and a half nothing . When you call it's "I'll have something by tomorrow", according to Danielle. When tomorrow comes or the next day nothing, not even an update. I understand if people are busy and they are behind, I don't expect people to drop everything for me. HOWEVER what I do expect is the courtesy of honesty and a phone call if dead lines that YOU offer aren't met. Instead of being blown off. So if you are wanting something that is irreplaceable or time sensitive, I would probably shop around and possibly reconsider stopping by A+ graphics .
