Feedback:

Poor time management skills. Monday, I came in for a simple reprint of program. Andy stated the programs would be completed Wednesday. I contacted him Wednesday , programs were not printed. It is now Friday, and he just now printing my programs because I walked in. The time is 5:15pm. This is ridiculous and unprofessional!!
