Ray is the owner and very hands on does 99% of the jobs himself with the guy Ed who's also been there for as long as i been using them ed is very talented and uses his graphic designer skills to bring what your looking for to another level & Kerry is the women who works the desk and does all the ordering and the one thing that stood out about her is that she gives you the time of day explains the different options before ordering witch means a lot most places just want your money or if u order on line thinking you are getting a deal it's probably poor quality I learned that the hard way !!
