Poor experience customer service wise but the quality of one of the paid orders was excellent. I have been going back and forth with trying to get an order filled for the past 2 months and little to no response even after I paid for the order again. I have called at least 10 times-no reply. Emailed just as many times and always there is an excuse for the delay and only responded maybe 5 out of 10 times. My disappointment is that I always try to support women and minority owned businesses and really sough them out even though they were out of the way from where I am located. By not fulfilling my PAID ORDER it has caused me tension on my job since this order was for my employer. I am regretful I contracted with them for business. DISRESPECTED to the UTMOST! Door sign clearly said 9am-2pm the lady running the shop made it clear that this was HER shop and how she didn’t NEED to be there! I called prior to coming. She was rude as hell when she answered. Equiptment for the public to use was NOT up to date! The computer didn’t even have a MOUSE. First time I visited the print shop didn’t have ANY COLORED TONER!! Highly dissatisfied!! Left the shop with nothing that I needed done. And my time was also WASTED!!

I can truly say that my experience with A1A has been Great. They treat you like you're they only client but I know that's not true but we love it. I recommend anyone to use them and they will see Thanks Noah N&J Designs and Screen printing

Went there twice the prices were higher than most printing places and twice, they didn't meet my deadline that was arrange which was a lost of time an money$$$$.

I stumbled upon this company approximately a year in a half to two years ago. They produced basic t-shirts and then I needed bigger projects completed as my business expanded. They would make minor mistakes with the t-shirts, but would correct the issue. Eventually, larger issues would arise when asked to create a design for my kiosk. They commit to tasks they are unable to handle such as wrapping commercial businesses b/c they want to make the money. They wrapped two structures for me and each time a problem enveloped. To say the least, the last time they gave my business an entirely different color scheme and refused to correct the issue. They became agitated when they failed to deliver and blamed me for a problem they created. Each job was well over $1,000. When I asked the company to re-do logos the owner became belligerent and yelled at me about things that were not relevant to the mistakes they had made with my business. I was left with an incomplete as well as incorrect outcome b/c they refused to fix the errors they made. I am in the process of seeking legal assistance.

Great service! They always answer my calls or messages right away. I've had business cards, graphic designs and logos made by a1a print. I'll be back really soon!
