After Hurricane Matthew lost my sign at store took them forever and me pestering them to death to finally find my art work. Cost twice as much as it should have, but I want to give them the business. Small businesses need all the support we can give. This year lost it again after Irma they had it in a week and was priced a lot more reasonable.next hurricane I'm taking it down...duhhh

absolute worst customer service. took 3 weeks for them to tell me they could not complete "my very easy order". never once called or emailed - I had to contact them every time. the day BEFORE my grand opening they finally told me they could not complete my project. from one small business trying to support another, I will never use them for another event or recommend them to anyone.

My experience used to be pleasant, and than went straight down the drain. It was okay at first, orders went through pretty well, only a mistake here and there with the printing, but I was okay with it because I'm a nice guy and I like giving second chances. Around I believe January of this year, I placed an order with them, not a large one, it coated around 200. I literally waited 3-4 months, calling back regularly trying to get updates, being told by EVERYONE that it was going to be done soon, in the next week, yada yada. And as time went on, I kept kindly asking, and I wanted to speak to Billy, the owner. He dodged my calls for some time, a few weeks, and when I finally got on the phone with me he promised they would have them printed and sent out the week after. The week pases, and mind you this is around May if I recall, we get a package in. I asked for all the sticker designs 4 by 3 inches. Only 2 of the designs are that way, the rest are literally 11 by 14 inches, and some 6 by 8, all varying in sizes of too big to too too big. I called after, asked what happened, and was told there sorry for the mistake and they would have the rest reprinted and the remaining designs they didn't do redone and sent out the next week. Me being a full time college student, full time working, and running a business, put it on the back burner not thinking about it, thinking they could be trusted to get the package to me on time without complications. Thinking that since they out me through this much bs, they would make right and actually keep there word. Now, a month or two has gone by and I'm going over inventory with my shipping department (in Texas) and I realized they never sent the second package. I call asking about it, and they tell me sorry but we can't do anything about it. It costs to much to print (mind you they wasted A LOT of money printing all the oversize stickers, which makes me curious because I have never ordered anything in the past from them that didn't have the dimensions 4 by 3). After we talked about how I'm disappointed, I'm told I didn't actually pay the full bill (which I was told I did months ago) and that there's nothing else they can do. I'm stuck with 20 dollars worth of stickers I actually ordered and I'm out over 100. Mind you over the course of this entire time I've had many MANY orders waiting to be fulfilled, customers on my end of my store giving my company bad reviews and losing money promising to send the stickers out separate then the rest of the orders, as well as not having any stickers for conventions and events we tabled at. I'm pretty confident they were discriminating against me and treating me terribly because of the message of my company, though not aggressive, if anything good because we donate half our profits to charity. It's been a horrible horrible experience, but this might have just been me. Maybe I'm just the unlucky one that has taken the burden of all possible bad events occurring too, and it happens to nobody else that has to work with them. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

I waited 6 weeks for my order to be completed. They asked if I wanted to pay extra for a special job and I said no, but they did it anyway, and tried to charge me a ridiculous amount. One shirt was printed in the wrong color. Their customer service was awful with very poor communication.
