Today my partner went into their office to get my birth certificate translated. The guy in the office refused to do it, and told us that what he brought was not my birth certificate. He said he got the citizenship himself and that is for sure not a birth certificate. I think it is very rude for him to give us any advice on immigration matters since he's not a lawyer. And I just consulted my lawyer and that is exactly what a birth certificate is. What he said to my partner got both of us confused. And calling my birth certificate a fake has sent me to endless confusion. I hope in the future their employee could save this kind of behaviour and just let people know that they don't want their business. It's way easier. Rude and unprofessional people alert!!!
