I had a VHS video of my first Christmas which was damaged. With this being a very important video to me I thought it could not be fixed. I took it in and the guy was really upbeat about fixing it. I got a email about a week later stating it was available. I was given the option to pay for it online that way I could just go in and pick it up really quick. The total for the repair of the VHS and transfer to DVD was $35 which I didn't think was to bad. I watched the video and I love it. It actually looks better on DVD. Not sure what the guys name is but he was also nice. Plus they have a really cute dog in the office! He was just so cute lol. Overall I am a very happy customer
